1. Artistic and Cultural Programming:

• Recognition of culture as a promotional lever in regional identities and the importance of supporting local culture industries;
• The importance of rationalizing the plans for economic investment in culture;
• Definition of the programming strategy, with the intent to create, stimulate and develop audiences according to the artistic potential and cultural tendencies in the community;
• Selecting and hiring the Artists to include in the programming

• Identifying solutions for an integrated and efficient management of cultural spaces and of their human resources and equipment.
• Implementing management procedures which allow the planning, performance and permanent control of the activity.
• Support in the preparation of budgets and business plans for cultural venues.
• Identifying technical solutions to recover and improve physical aspects of the spaces, allowing a flexible and better running of the venue.

• Training of the existing staff in the areas of technical production, executive production, front of house (tending to the public) and maintenance.

• Support in the creation and development of the architectural programme for new cultural venues (theatres, concert halls, multipurpose venues, etc.) in order to achieve the cultural goals of the venue.
• Specialised consultation in the development and execution of the architectural project with the design team in diverse specialities (video, audio, lighting, stage, acoustics)

• Organisation and production in all aspects of cultural events, namely:
  • Planning, programming, budgeting and event production;
  • Contracting artists, technicians and equipments (tents, stages, decoration, musical instruments, sound, lighting, video, catering, etc.) for the carrying out of the events.

• Supplying a wide range of material and equipment for musical activity within Portugal, in specialist music schools, concert halls, for orchestras, etc. (musicians’ chairs, music stands, podiums for conductors and soloists, lighting for music stands, etc.)
• Reshaping and adapting acoustic conditions in venues (classrooms, rehearsal rooms, alternative spaces for musical performances, concert halls, theatres, etc.)
